Privacy Policy
Through this Privacy Policy, Aurixentatech d.o.o. (hereinafter: 'we' or 'the company') explains how we process personal data of visitors to aurixentatech.com and individuals who contact us through the contact form. The policy is aligned with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the GDPR.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Aurixentatech d.o.o., with registered seat at Ulica grada Vukovara 269F, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 78451293066. For any question regarding the processing of your personal data, you can reach us by e-mail at info@aurixentatech.com.
2. What data we collect
We collect only the data you knowingly and voluntarily share via the contact form: full name, e-mail address and the body of your message. Additionally, with your consent, cookies may collect technical information about your device, language, time of visit and basic interaction with the content.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is processed solely to reply to your enquiry, prepare an introductory conversation and improve the quality of our website. Marketing cookies are activated only after your explicit consent.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for communication and marketing purposes, and on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to ensure the security and basic functionality of the website.
5. Retention period
Messages from the contact form are kept for up to 24 months from the last communication, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise. Technical security logs are kept for up to 12 months.
6. Recipients of data
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. It may be accessed by our carefully selected processors (hosting, e-mail infrastructure, analytics tools) under strict confidentiality obligations.
7. Transfers outside the EU
When we use tools whose servers are located outside the European Economic Area, transfers occur only with appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Your rights
At any time you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, as well as to object and to withdraw your consent. Requests can be sent to info@aurixentatech.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, alteration or loss, including encryption in transit and controlled employee access.
10. Changes to the policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last revision is always shown at the top, and significant changes will be announced with an additional notice on the homepage.
